Returns
How to return or exchange kids clothes and shoes bought from HappySteps.
Eligibility
Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Shoes should show no outdoor wear. Clothing should include original tags when applicable.

Refunds
Once a return is received and reviewed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Reach out and we will help arrange an exchange when inventory allows.
